SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to have all items shipped within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited shipping orders will be processed within 1 business day if received by 11:00 am EST. If received after that time the order will ship next available business day.

REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is important, and we will do whatever we can to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Please reach out to us immediately if you are for some reason displeased with your order.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis (ie...if a product arrives damaged or defective.) In order to apply for a refund, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original method of payment, less the amount of shipping, upon receipt of returned item.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs, nor do we assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
MISSING ORDERS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. These issues should be reported immediately to the shipping carrier.
